  • Extra 30 minutes $100 (pending availability)
  • Extra hour $200 (pending availability)
  • 18% service and gratuity charge added to all events
  • The COOP is happy to accommodate outside vendors however a $30 fee per vendor will apply
  • Additional decorative elements for the Whole COOP & Caboodle party will be charged accordingly
  • All parties with over 30 kids will require an additional staffing at a rate of $25 per hour, per staff member (3 hour minimum)

RESERVATIONS:

  • $500 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required to book party. Upon paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions of the COOP party rental agreement which includes full cost of party charged within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Party may be cancelled without penalty (excluding non-refundable deposit) 31 days or more prior to date of party.  Should party be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the event client will be charged the full cost of the party booked.
  • 3% will be added for all credit card payments.
  • Each child must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • NOTE: All COOP and CABOODLE parties are for 15 children and 30 adults.  Please be advised that there will be an additional charge for each child and/or adult above the specified numbers.

We are thrilled to accommodate your child’s creative party themes and can build a party around almost any idea!  A $225.00 fee will apply to all custom themes.
